Panel Previews Case on the Right to Bear Arms

The Cato Inst. hosted a panel of legal scholars to preview the Supreme Court case McDonald v. Chicago and its implications for gun rights and other constitutional liberties. The case questions the application whether certain Amendment rights applies to states and localities.
